Shape how we generate real-world insights to improve patient care

We are introducing a new role within the Medical and Scientific Affairs team at Atos Medical – and we are now looking for a new colleague with a strong focus on Real World Evidence (RWE) generation. This is an exciting opportunity to establish how we design, deliver and scale RWE projects, and to play a key role in bringing the patient perspective into our services and solutions.

About the Role

In this role, around 75% of your time will be dedicated to leading and driving our new Real World Evidence project within services. You will plan, design and execute activities – from surveys and data collection to analysis and reporting – and keep our markets accountable for their contributions. You will work hands-on with project documentation and execution while also ensuring alignment across stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving  Real World Evidence projects, including planning, survey design, set-up, data analysis and reporting
• Managing collaboration with clinical teams, country managers, patient-facing teams (marketing, sales, customer service), Salesforce analysts, and the global MedSci team
• Running pilot activities and scaling learnings to additional markets
• Keeping stakeholders accountable for their deliverables and timelines
• Acting as a hands-on project specialist, ensuring progress, documentation and quality

The remaining 25% of your role will focus on supporting other clinical initiatives, such as investigator-initiated studies and other global clinical research activities.

The role is based at our headquarters in Hyllie, Malmö. Here, we offer a hybrid working model that gives you the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week, while staying connected with colleagues at the office.

You will report to Michaela Pettersson-Roth, Head of Clinical Research, and be part of the Global Medical and Scientific Affairs department, working in close collaboration with colleagues across functions and markets.

About You

You are an analytical and hands-on professional with a passion for turning real-world data into meaningful insights. With a strong background in Real World Evidence, you are confident in managing projects, working with data, and collaborating across diverse teams and markets. You are comfortable influencing and guiding decisions based on evidence, while staying structured and organized to deliver projects on time.

With your mix of technical expertise and collaborative mindset, you both dive deep into data and connect the dots to create actionable insights that make a real difference.

To succeed in this role, you likely bring:

• A degree in life science, public health, epidemiology, or health economics
• 3–5 years of experience working with Real World Evidence or real-world data, from planning, over executing to reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate findings into actionable insights

Excellent English skills, both written and spoken

It is a plus if you also have:

• Experience working with RWE inside the Medical Device field
