Job description

Are you driven to deliver world class service? Are you a goal-oriented and communicative person? Then you could be the person we are looking for!

NearYou is currently recruiting a Customer Service Representative for Distrupol Nordic.

Main Responsibilities include:

• Processing of orders, complaints, returns and credits.
• Maintenance of customer accounts.
• Resolution of product or service complaints: investigating the cause and offering the best solution to solve the problem, following up to ensure full resolution within agreed SLAs.
• Management of incoming calls and emails.
• Identification of customers’ needs to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through open communication.
• Supporting Key Account Managers in meeting personal and team sales targets.

Your profile

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a Customer Care or Inside Sales role.

• Proven Customer Service experience.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills.
• A courteous and professional telephone manner, both inbound and outbound.
• Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
• Demonstrates the ability to adapt to different personalities and situations.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
• You have a high level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook.

The position requires fluency in both written and spoken Swedish and English, with Danish and Finnish being additional assets.
