We are currently expanding our Marketing Team in Malmö and are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join us on this exciting journey.

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening B&R Sweden’s marketing communication, with a special focus on digital marketing. You will collaborate closely with both the sales and marketing teams to design and implement integrated campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining and updating our communication channels, including the company website and social media platforms, to ensure engaging and current content. You will also support the planning and execution of a variety of events such as conferences, trade shows, academy sessions, promotional activities, and technical days – both at our Co-creation Lab OrangePoint in Malmö and on-site at customer locations.

Additionally, you will coordinate marketing budgets and expenses, monitor key performance indicators, and conduct return-on-investment analyses. Supporting the sales team with promotional materials and helping to manage customer relationships will also be a part of your role, with the overall aim of ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications for the role

Your Background

  • Experience in a similar role including digital marketing
  • Experience and personal interest in digitalization and marketing automation
  • Proven ability and experience to communicate effectively with partners, vendors, internal cus-tomers, colleagues and other stakeholders
  • Positive and service minded attitude with customer focus, and a team player
  • Seeking continuous improvements in processes and working methods
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and working well under pressure.
  • Good proficiency with MS office 365, Teams, Sharepoint and Adobe Creative Suite

Required qualifications

  • Knowledge and Relevant Education in Marketing Communication
  • Knowledge in Digital Marketing and Marketing Automation tools
  • Content Management CRS like AEM or Typo 3
  • Experience Social Media editor, especially LinkedIn, but preferably also Instagram/Meta/X and YouTube
  • Coordinator of Marketing Events and Campaigns
  • Marketing work experience: 1 year minimum (Preferred +3years)

Skills & Abilities

  • We believe that you are a positive, creative and proactive doer with excellent planning skills.
  • Strong in marketing communication and project management skills.
  • Able to express technically complex content in easy-to-understand form.
  • We also expect that you:
  • Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, communication, or similar.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in Swedish and English are mandatory.
  • Are structured, work well independently, and can meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content for various marketing channels.
  • Proficient in analyzing data and making data-driven decisions.

It is also considered an advantageous if you have basic knowledge in:

  • B2B Marketing strategy
  • CRM Salesforce
  • ABM Account Based Marketing Strategy
  • SEO search engine optimization, SEM search engine marketing and CRO conversion rate optimi-zation
  • Marketing AI (ChatGPT/OpenAI, Copilot and other relevant tools)
  • Google Ads, Analytics and Data Studio.
  • Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Evalanche Marketing Software
  • Knowledge in Video Studio and broadcasting webinar
  • Influencer Marketing
  • And of course, it is a plus if you are technically curious and like to work with intelligent automation and software solutions.
