Join Telavox as Software Engineer- AI Voice 

Are you a DevOps engineer passionate about scalable systems and seamless deployments? We are expanding our AI Voice Agent Platform and looking for a Software Engineer who thrives where development, automation, and AI meet. In this role, placed in Malmö or Stockholm, you'll help us build a reliable foundation for iterating on AI voice products. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers across disciplines to streamline our deployment strategies, automation, and ensure peak performance in production. About the job 

You’ll be working on evolving our AI Voice Agent Platform. Your mission is to ensure that our development and deployment pipelines are scalable, reliable, and tuned for the unique needs of voice AI. You’ll work side-by-side with AI engineers and software developers, driving improvements across CI/CD, testing, and observability. Your work will directly impact how quickly and confidently we ship voice AI innovations to customers.

Your day-to-day work may include

• Designing and implementing scalable CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins, tailored for AI voice agent development.

• Developing automated testing frameworks unit, integration, and end-to-end to validate AI agent performance and natural language understanding (NLU).

• Collaborating on smart deployment strategies, including canary releases and A/B testing, to roll out AI updates with precision and insight.

• Monitoring and analyzing production performance, proactively identifying optimization opportunities, and ensuring reliability.

About you

You're a technically driven engineer who enjoys building strong foundations for rapid, safe, and scalable development. You’re energized by working closely with other AI specialists and backend developers, and you have a passion for automation, quality, and observability. You thrive on solving complex systems challenges and care deeply about performance, stability, and continuous improvement.

Key skills and experience we’re looking for

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins)

• Strong foundation in observability and production monitoring tools

• Passion for automation and improving development workflows

Good-to-have skills

• Experience with progressive deployment strategies (e.g., canary releases, A/B testing, rollbacks)

• Python proficiency

• Familiarity with AI
