Join TePe as a Product Innovation Specialist – Focused on Packaging

Our Product Innovation team is stepping into a new era of creativity, consumer focus, and commercial impact. Together with Prowork, we are searching for a passionate, forward-thinking professional who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of TePe’s packaging.

Your Role: Be the Driving Force Behind Packaging Innovation

This newly created role offers a unique chance to lead packaging projects that not only protect and showcase our products but also elevate the user experience and champion sustainability. You’ll be at the forefront of innovation, driving initiatives that align with TePe’s strategic vision while keeping consumer needs, market trends, and business goals top of mind.

What You’ll Do

· Lead and support packaging development projects within TePe’s innovation pipeline

· Collaborate seamlessly with Portfolio teams, Category Managers, Marketing, and Technology Development

· Deliver packaging solutions that are innovative, sustainable, and commercially viable

· Monitor competitor activity and market trends to keep TePe ahead of the curve

· Contribute to a modern, competitive product portfolio that reflects TePe’s brand values

What You Bring

· Master of Science degree or equivalent technical background

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in product innovation with a strong packaging focus

· Proficiency in CAD software (preferably SolidWorks)

· In-depth knowledge of packaging processes, machinery, and standards (EU directives, FSC certification)

· Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

· Commercial mindset with the ability to translate technical insights into impactful actions

This role is based at TePe’s headquarters in Malmö, Sweden, reporting to the Manager of Product Innovation & Scientific Affairs within the Marketing department.
