The role of Operations Manager (OM) offers an exciting and rewarding opportunity for someone who wants to combine strong business acumen with a genuine passion for people. In this role, you will oversee several coffee shops within a district, build strong teams, drive results, and play a key part in our daily operations. Are you ready for a new challenge, have several years of leadership experience, and want to work closely with the business and your teams? Then we´re looking for you!

Responsibilities

As an Operations Manager, you will have overall responsibility for a district consisting of several coffee shops, ranging from Varberg to Landskrona. You will work closely with your Coffee Shop Managers (CSMs), leading, coaching, and developing them to ensure our guests receive world-class service every day. You´ll be responsible for both operational and strategic initiatives and will analyze KPIs to translate them into concrete actions that drive both people development and business growth.

We´re looking for someone who:

• Has at least 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in service or retail
• Is a confident and inspiring leader with strong communication skills
• Can work both hands-on and strategically
• Has a structured approach and a solution-oriented mindset
• Is goal-driven and results-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving results through others
• Has experience in recruitment, staff development, and coaching
• Holds a Category B driving license (travel is part of the role)
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong commitment to service, quality, and people
• Have experience with working by concept standards in a consistent and passionate way.

This is a  one-year temporary position from January 1, 2025 to January 1, 2026, with good chances of extension.
