What you'll do 
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role within one of their delivery departments, focusing on managing and supporting Abions clients' domain name portfolios. Your responsibilities will include planning, executing, and overseeing a range of domain-related services, as well as handling administrative tasks. This role involves close interaction with clients, active internal communication, and collaboration with regulatory authorities. You will be an integral member of Abions Domain Management team, with colleagues based in Sweden and other European countries.

 

Who you are  

• Industry experience - background in the domain industry, including DNS and domain management such as registration, renewal and transfer processes.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and plan work efficiently.
• Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Capable of working independently while being collaborative in team settings.
• Comfortable with handling technical tasks, as well as strong ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
