Netset is a Swedish tech company and a leading supplier of premium eCommerce solutions for the IT and Telecom industry. Our platform,Nettailer, is used in 500+ systems across Europe, helping resellers and distributors grow through automation and efficiency. About the role

As a sales representative at Netset, you will have a key role with real impact. You’ll be part of a dedicated and supportive Sales team, working alongside colleagues who, just like you, are happy to share their knowledge and experiences. In this role, together with your team, you’ll have the chance to make a real impact by:

  • Lead Generation

You’ll identify potential IT and Telecom resellers in our target markets (UK & Irland, Germany, France, Finland, Norway, Denmark and Sweden), build and work from prospect lists, qualify leads through research, outreach & cold calls, and ensure we have the right contacts to move opportunities forward.

  • Lead Qualification

You’ll reach out to prospects to understand their needs, book qualified meetings for the sales team, present Netset and Nettailer in a relevant way, and build trust that opens the door to further conversations.

  • Tools & Collaboration

You’ll work hands-on in our CRM every day — tracking prospects, qualifying leads, and ensuring timely follow-ups. You’ll also collaborate closely with our ten-person Sales team and the Customer Success team to hand over leads and qualified opportunities in a structured and seamless way.

About you

To feel good, thrive, and be successful in the role, your attitude is just as important as your experience. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career, ready to grow and learn — but with a strong inner drive to succeed. With that said, we believe that you have:

  • Sales experience in B2B or SaaS
  • Strong communication skills – confident, engaging, and professional
  • A “hunter” mentality with a clear motivation to win and grow
  • Ability to research and prepare before calls
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Knowledge or network in the IT/Telecom reseller market is a huge bonus

You're either already living in Malmö or excited about the idea of relocating here. You're fluent in both Swedish and English, and if you also speak German, French, or Finnish - that’s a big plus!

What matters most is yourprofessional grit— the stamina, ambition, and energy to build something and follow through. Skills can be taught; this mindset can’t.
