Join Telavox as a Customer Success Manager 

Do you love building relationships, solving problems, and making sure customers get the very best out of the solutions you deliver? At Telavox, we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success Team and take ownership of the full customer journey for your portfolio of medium-sized corporate clients. About the job 

As a Customer Success Manager at Telavox, you’ll be the go-to partner for your clients, guiding them from onboarding and implementation through contract renewals and driving upsell opportunities, ensuring they always get maximum value from our platform. Your mission is to build strong, trust-based relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and secure growth through Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and commercially drive your portfolio. You’ll have commercial ownership of your accounts while working closely with colleagues across sales, support, and product to deliver the best possible experience.

The location of the role will be at our new, vibrant office, Gjuteriet, in Västra Hamnen, Malmö.

Your day-to-day work may include

  • Identifying customer needs and ensuring they are met throughout the journey

  • Educating customers on how to optimize their Telavox setup

  • Driving upsell and expansion opportunities in your portfolio

  • Managing renewals and renegotiations with fair commercial terms

  • Proactively engaging with customers to strengthen relationships and secure satisfaction

  • Holding regular meetings to ensure optimal usage and information flow

  • Representing the voice of the customer internally to influence improvements

About you

You’re a people person with a commercial mindset, equally comfortable discussing business outcomes with stakeholders as you are supporting customers in their daily challenges. You’re curious by nature, eager to learn, and thrive when you can make an impact.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have

  • Experience in a customer-facing role within Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management

  • B2B experience, ideally within tech, SaaS, or telecommunications

  • Strong communication skills and a talent for building long-lasting relationships

  • A proactive, curious, and problem-solving mindset

  • The ability to balance commercial goals with delivering genuine customer value

  • Fluent in Swedish and professional English

Good-to-have skills

  • Experience working in HubSpot or another CRM system

  • A technical interest or background in IT/UCaaS solutions

  • Knowledge of metrics like Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
