British American Tobacco has an exciting opportunity for a Business Insights Executive in Sweden, Malmo

We are looking for a curious and talented business Insights Executive to turn complex data into clear actionable insights that drive commercial and strategic decisions. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, consumer insights and strategy, supporting stakeholders across marketing and commercial teams. You will play a key role in translating consumer behavior, market dynamics and performance across nicotine categories and Nordic markets.

Your key responsibilities will include

• Analyse sales, market, and consumer data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
• Translate complex datasets into clear business insights and recommendations
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial, Finance, and Regulatory teams
• Track performance, develop dashboards and presentations for senior stakeholders
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards
• Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS or Sustainability standards and procedures.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in business insights, analytics, consulting, FMCG, or a regulated industry
• Strong analytical skills with previous exposure to complex data sets
• Strong communication skills. Ability to synthesize data into clear, concise stories for senior audiences
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving mindset
• Effective interpersonal skills and collaborate mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic regulatory environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
