Trialbee is now looking for an Accountant / Finance Administrator to join the head office in Malmö. You will be employed as a consultant through Adecco and have the opportunity to join an exciting business with engaged colleagues, a fast-paced environment, and strong opportunities for professional growth.

The assignment will start immediately and initially run for 9 months, with good possibilities for extension. Working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday.

About the Role

In this role, you will become an important part of the finance department and work closely with senior colleagues in the day-to-day finance operations. You will have a key position where you are responsible for ongoing accounting tasks, supporting the daily finance function, and ensuring quality in the operational finance work.

The role is operational and hands-on, with core accounting responsibilities as a foundation, while also giving you the opportunity to contribute to improvements and process efficiencies. You will work in an international environment with many points of contact.

As an Accountant / Finance Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

• Day-to-day bookkeeping
• Registration of supplier invoices
• Preparation of payments
• Creating customer invoices and following up on incoming payments
• Posting accruals, payroll entries, and other manual journal entries
• Administrative support to the business
• Supporting communication with auditors and external partners

About You

We are looking for someone with previous experience in finance, accounting, auditing, or financial administration. You have a post-secondary education in finance or accounting, for example from a university, college, or vocational education institution.

You are confident working in Excel, comfortable handling figures and financial documentation, and communicate well in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing. Experience with Fortnox is considered an advantage.
