About us

Nguyen's Sandwiches is a modern Vietnamese restaurant chain with a focus on traditional flavors and high quality. We serve authentic dishes such as bánh mì, phở, bún chả, and other Vietnamese classics, prepared with fresh ingredients and great care across our locations.

Job duties

As a Vietnamese chef with us, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and cooking traditional Vietnamese dishes
• Ensuring good hygiene and following food safety regulations according to applicable standards
• Planning and organizing your workstation for efficient kitchen operations
• Contributing to menu development and new dishes together with the head chef
• Receiving and inspecting deliveries of ingredients
• Performing dishwashing and light cleaning in the kitchen as needed
• Cooperating with other kitchen staff and contributing to a positive working environment

Qualifications

• Experience in Vietnamese cooking, with solid knowledge of traditional techniques and ingredients
• Previous experience as a chef or kitchen assistant is an advantage
• Good teamwork skills and flexibility
• Meticulous and quality-conscious
• Knowledge of the Vietnamese language is an advantage but not required
