Your Role as a Stock Operations Support professional, your mission is to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across the organization, providing top-tier customer service that not only meets but exceeds customer expectations.

Your key responsibilities will include

• Processing and following up on orders.

• Updating and maintaining stock data across platforms.

• Purchasing stock material and managing related transactions.

• Coordinating related logistics. 

• Collaborating with departments across the organization.

• Overseeing consignment agreements and compliance screenings.

• Supporting general tasks within the Stock Sales team.

Who You Are To thrive in this role, we believe you are a service-minded professional with an adaptable and detail-oriented mindset. You excel in a high-paced business environment and have a talent for organizing and prioritizing your responsibilities effectively. You have excellent communication skills, are fluent in English and have previous experience in administrative work in Microsoft Business Central or a similar ERP system. Additional language skills are considered a plus.
