We are now looking for an organised and people-focused People Experience Coordinator to join us on a temporary basis (approx. 11 months) starting April 1st.

As our new People Experience Coordinator, you will support and coordinate HR processes, assist with recruitment processes, and oversee our Malmö office.

As our People Experience Coordinator, you will…
  • Own our HR Tech: Manage data quality, accuracy, and automations as our super-user for HaileyHR, Winningtemp and support in Teamtailor.

  • Manage the Global Employee Journey: Oversee onboarding, equipment provisioning, and first-week experiences.

  • Coordinate People Operations: Support payroll and compliance processes across US, Canadian, and European entities (excluding Sweden) by partnering with local vendors.

  • Run the Malmö Office & global community: Handle daily office operations, plan events, and drive internal communication company-wide. 

  • Support & Improve: Answer employee queries, manage benefits, and continuously refine our processes.

We believe that you…
  • Have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, such as HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, or Office Manager. 

  • You are resourceful, great at prioritizing diverse tasks, and have strong time management skills.

  • Are pragmatic, solution-oriented, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done.

  • A bachelor's in HR, behavioural science or equivalent. Or experience that is deemed equivalent. 

  • Are fluent in English, our company's working language.

Extra awesome (or for you to learn)
  • Experience from recruiting such as screening and interviewing

  • Experience working with HaileyHR, Winningtemp and/or Teamtailor

  • Experience from leading and/or coordinating internal or external events

Practicalities

This is a fixed-term position covering a parental leave, spanning approximately 11 months starting the latest April 1st.
