We are now seeking an exceptional Product Manager to join our Apron Business Line team and develop cutting-edge solutions, some based on innovative technology and AI, for automating the turnaround process of aircrafts. In this role, you will combine your strong commercial skills with technical knowledge to drive impactful solutions in the competitive B2B aviation industry.

Responsibilities

As a Product Manager at ADB Safegate, you'll take ownership of product strategy, Product roadmap, and market success with specific focus on:

• Product Vision & Roadmap Creation: Define a compelling product vision and roadmap aligned with the company's strategic goals.
• Customer & Market Understanding: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, the competitive landscape, and industry trends in airports and aviation.
• Product Development:
• Define and prioritize product requirements, collaborating closely with R&D, service, and system engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Build detailed business cases for new development projects, encompassing market analysis, competitive positioning, and financial projections.
• Go-to-Market Execution: Prepare and execute strategies for product launches, including pricing models, value-based selling, sales enablement, and marketing initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, projects, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure customer success and market adoption.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and iterate on product offerings, identifying opportunities for growth, improvement, and innovation.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a B2B environment within the aviation or technology sector.
• Strong expertise in business case creation, product roadmaps, and defining long-term product vision.
• Commercial and business acumen with experience in value-based selling/pricing models.
• Exceptional team collaboration and communication skills, including ability to present effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Independent, self-driven, and capable of taking ownership of a product portfolio autonomously while maintaining a collaborative mindset.
• A forward-thinking approach, open to innovation and change, and the ability to lead new initiatives.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with IoT, embedded systems, LiDAR, radars, or similar technologies.
• Experience with server software, web-based solutions and cloud solutions.
• Familiarity with AI in products such as computer vision and machine learning.
• Familiarity with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions and IT security principles.
• Strong skills in market analysis and competitive positioning.
