You will help shape a modern, data-driven enterprise platform built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Commerce. The platform supports multiple products, environments, and stakeholders, which means release governance, traceability, and system integrity are central to the work.

In this role, you turn business needs into functional platform solutions, strengthen integrations, and make sure the platform remains stable, secure, and ready for change. You will work in a global retail environment where both business impact and technical complexity are high. This is an interesting opportunity if you enjoy combining platform ownership, collaboration, and hands-on work in a business-critical D365 landscape.

• You will work closely with product teams and stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements and translate them into effective D365 F&O and Commerce solutions.
• You will configure, customize, and support D365 F&O and Commerce modules to match business processes and operational needs.
• You will support developers and product teams in implementing technical solutions, integrations, and product launches on the platform.
• You will set up and manage environments across Dev, UAT, BAT, and Prod, and help establish repeatable processes for environment readiness.
• You will drive seamless integration between D365 F&O and Commerce, products, APIs, and third-party systems.
• You will troubleshoot incidents and escalated issues, support hypercare activities, and help secure stable day-to-day platform operations.
• You will monitor system performance, identify improvements, and implement enhancements that strengthen functionality and efficiency.
• You will support environment refresh activities, data migration, and data management practices within the ERP landscape.
• You will contribute to Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, including integration, governance, and continuous improvement.
• You will create and maintain BIA and DPIA material together with the cyber security team for platform-related products.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Commerce in enterprise or large-scale environments.
• Proven experience supporting and maintaining D365 Finance & Operations and Commerce.
• Experience managing platform operations across multiple environments, including deployments, patching, and upgrades.
• Solid understanding of the D365 security model, including role-based security, duties, privileges, and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with integrations using Data Entities, OData, DMF, and Azure-based integration components.
• Extensive experience with Application Lifecycle Management, including source control, branching strategies, and build and release pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Experience executing One Version upgrades, including impact analysis, regression testing coordination, and production rollout.
• Experience managing the lifecycle of DEV, TEST, UAT, and PROD environments, including hotfixes, service updates, and regression support.
• Experience with Azure services such as Azure AD, Service Bus, Azure Functions, and monitoring tools.
• Experience working with Lifecycle Services (LCS), Commerce Scale Unit (CSU), Power Platform, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot performance, stability, and data issues across Finance, Operations, and Commerce workloads.
• Experience with IT service management tools, DevOps processes, and vendor coordination.
• Fluent English.
