This is not a traditional Customer Success Manager role. You won’t have a portfolio of ongoing accounts – instead, you’ll own projects from start to finish: from Sales handover to go-live and beyond. Think of it as being the architect and project leader who ensures every detail clicks into place, while keeping the bigger picture in mind. This is how you will contribute:
Your goal will be to deliver projects on time, within scope, and with measurable value, ensuring customers are ready and confident to move forward with their AM post-go-live. You’ll drive high satisfaction from both customers and colleagues, while establishing smooth, structured ways of working that make each new project even better. And of course, you’ll be bringing in fresh ideas and innovations – maybe with a little help from AI.
A natural project leader who thrives when juggling structure, people, and technology. You enjoy solving problems, explaining complex things in a simple way, and you have an eye for details. You’re curious about how things can be done smarter – whether it’s through automation, AI, or new tools – and you love sharing those ideas with the team.
