For this assignment we are looking for an experienced Business Navigator that has been working at a country RCMP for at least 3 years. These are some of the characteristics describing who we are looking for:

- Strong business navigation background in the IKEA Retail business.

- Solid understanding of retail operations and steering performance.

Your responsibilities

Retail Business Steering (RBS) will from the 1st of September be fully integrated with Retail and the different retail areas will each have their own Business Steering team.

One of the retail areas is the Omni Meeting Points area assigned to create and improve how customers seamlessly meet, connect and interact with IKEA, within and across all channels. The overall purpose of this area is:

- To drive conversion & profitability.

- To create more happy customers with consistent and frictionless customer experiences.

- To develop cost efficient customer journeys and coworker working processes to secure low operational costs.

To develop and improve all existing channels.

The Omni Meeting Points area is now looking for a Business Navigator that takes the responsibility for the Remote Customer meeting point. Your main responsibilities would be:

- Be a business partner to the group RCMP manager.

- Be a member of Group RCMP Extended Leadership team.

- Be a member of the Retail area Omni Meeting point business steering team.

- Be a member of the global business navigator matrix.

- Leading the RCMP Business navigator network, approximately 25 BN’s, 40 BA’s.

- Leading the annual RCMP goalsetting process.

- Supporting the annual RCMP Business planning process.

- Supporting the group RCMP management team with decision making material.

- Leading the bimonthly financial planning & follow up process.

- Leading the performance follow up process.

- Facilitating and validating the business casing related to the development agenda.

- Facilitating and validating the value definition of the growth and total cost transformation plan.

You have a strong business navigation background in the IKEA Retail business and have a solid understanding of retail operations and steering performance. You have demonstrated the ability to deliver towards set goals as well as building trustful relations for successful collaboration.

In this role you will have the opportunity to become a member of the global Retail Business Steering team and play a key role in leading global retail. You will navigate the entire process from setting objectives and goals to resource planning, development, deployment and follow-up. And will be a key player in working with both retail and digital leaders.

The role will be based in Malmö. For this position, there is no mobility package included.
