Job description

Are you passionate about delivering world-class service? Do you thrive on communication, and enjoy achieving goals? If so, you might be just the person we’re looking for! NearYou is recruiting another Customer Service Representative for our Malmö-based client.

Main responsibilities include

• Processing orders, complaints, returns and credits.
• Maintaining customer accounts.
• Handling product or service complaints: investigating the cause, offering the best solution and following up to ensure full resolution within agreed SLAs.
• Managing incoming calls and emails.
• Identifying customer needs to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through open communication.
• Supporting Key Account Managers in achieving team and individual sales targets.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a proven background in Customer Care or Inside Sales, who brings both professionalism and a service minded attitude. You are a detail-oriented and patient person, able to adapt to different situations and personalities with ease. You value teamwork and play an important role in supporting the sales organisation in reaching commercial goals, while maintaining excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key requirements

• Solid experience in Customer Service.
• A courteous and professional telephone manner (both inbound and outbound).
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and practices.
• Strong multitasking, prioritisation and time management skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

The position requires fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. In addition, a good understanding of Danish, Norwegian and/or Finnish would be highly desirable.
