We’re now looking for a Clinical & Education Advisor with KOL (Key Opinion Leader) focus to our Malmö office.

This unique role combines global and Nordic responsibilities where you will play a pivotal role in driving evidence-based education, inspiring excellence, and strengthening TePe’s position as a trusted voice in oral health worldwide.

What will you be working with?

This role combines global and Nordic responsibilities, with 50% of your time dedicated to shaping and delivering TePe’s global clinical education initiatives, and 50% focused on building and nurturing Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships across the Nordic region.

This role requires that you are based at our head office in Malmö.

Global Clinical Education

As part of our dedicated team, you play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering TePe’s global education plan, guided by a passion for making a meaningful difference in oral health. Your expertise drives the creation of impactful and trustworthy educational resources, crafted in harmony with TePe’s brand values, to establish us as leaders in the field and inspire excellence throughout the profession.

You offer insightful, strategic support to our subsidiaries and distributors, ensuring that every local educational initiative is in step with our global aspirations. With deep subject knowledge, you author accessible summaries of scientific advancements, engage audiences through dynamic lectures, and represent TePe with integrity at international congresses and tradeshows.

Collaboration with our marketing and product teams ensures every innovation and message is both scientifically robust and delivered with care, upholding our commitment to evidence-based communication. As a trusted clinical advisor, you thoughtfully review materials and offer expert guidance, empowering our teams and supporting the professional growth of our partners.

Nordic KOL Focus

With a spirit of partnership and mutual respect, you cultivate enduring relationships with universities, dental hygienist associations, and professional organizations across Sweden and the broader Nordic region. You foster a community of knowledge-sharing, bringing together Key Opinion Leaders to participate in webinars, product launches, and educational programs that elevate best practice and drive positive change in oral health care.

What you bring to the table

You are passionate about advancing oral health, enjoy engaging with diverse audiences and can inspire confidence and trust in both global and local settings.

Ideally, you have some experience in scientific communication, education and stakeholder engagement, for example as a faculty member or lecturer at a dental school or within other oral health institutions. It is also advantageous if you have experience in building and managing Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships in the oral health field.

To succed in this role you must have:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in global and cross-cultural environments.

• Strong oral health background - you are a dental hygienist or a dentist with at least 5 years of experience in the field.
