Business Risk & Compliance Business Partners lead the integration of the Risk & Compliance frameworks into the business within the Ingka Group. We are looking for a new Business Partner for Retail , with a strong business focus and experienced stakeholder management skills.

Do you want to help leaders in Retail Operations to drive operational excellence with lean ways of working and development of new solutions by consciously taking risks and searching for new opportunities? If you are willing to learn and develop in Business Risk & Compliance while you also contribute by leading by example and developing others, this could be an opportunity for you.

You have very good coaching skills and solid experience in leading and influencing through stakeholders, matrix organisations etc. You proactively engage with the organisation and facilitate meetings and workshops that drive decision making and business execution to reach desired outcomes. You are a strong business partner to Retail Operations and help us to secure BR&C “right by design approach” for all our initiatives.

You will be part of a team that actively supports the business to take risk-aware, and opportunity-focused conscious decisions. You will support business stakeholders to assess and mitigate their risks, develop internal controls, health safety and security and ensure compliance in a business environment.

Your knowledge in retail operations on country and group level is very valuable to become successful in this role, and we will together develop your knowledge of how to assess and mitigate risks in a business environment.

Last, but not least – you are an ambassador for IKEA culture and values. Whatever decisions you take you always have those in mind.

Your responsibilities

As a Business Risk & Compliance Business Partner you are responsible for ensuring that all parts of Ingka Business and Group Business Risk & Compliance agenda are aligned.

Amongst many different tasks you will:

• drive implementation and monitor the performance of Ingka Business Risk & Compliance frameworks and practices to enable a holistic and proactive risk management based on business needs

• identify, involve and interact with key stakeholders in the business to drive engagement

• coach the business so they can decide which risks to take and how to mitigate them

• ensure that risk and compliance capabilities are well embedded when creating and executing towards strategic and tactical business objectives

• lead and inspire a risk and compliance performance mind-set, raise risk awareness, and promote a risk culture secure, right knowledge and competences needed to become risk aware and compliance conscious in running business

• secure movement toward a standardised and automatized way of working and strengthen cross-functional engagement within Ingka Retail operations.

This position is placed in Malmö-Sweden, and will report to the Business Risk & Compliance Business Partner Manager.
