About the role

In this role, you will focus on paid social, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive growth, optimize performance, and strengthen the brand’s presence across multiple international markets.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working close to the business, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants the freedom to take ownership and influence how paid social is developed going forward.

We believe you have:

• A few years of experience within Paid Social and performance marketing
• Strong hands-on experience across relevant paid social platforms
• The ability to combine strategy and analysis with operational execution
• A commercial and data-driven mindset
• Experience working with international markets is highly advantageous
• Experience within content management is a plus

For this role, candidates must have a valid work permit to work in Sweden. The company and brand will remain confidential during the initial stage of the recruitment process.

We use a competency-based selection process where experience, ways of working, and the specific requirements of the role are assessed together.

The process includes interviews with E-commerce Recruit as well as interviews with our client. Towards the final stages of the process, personality and logical reasoning assessments will also be conducted.
