With Exoborne now announced, we're expanding the team that will bring it to life, and we're looking for a Senior Producer to anchor how we work with our co-development partners.

Reporting to the Production Director, you'll be the production point of contact for our co-dev studios, establishing the processes, cadence of delivery, and working relationships that let distributed teams ship AAA quality on time and on budget. It's a role for someone who understands that great co-dev isn't about oversight but rather giving partner teams the clarity, tools, and trust they need to do their best work, and bringing that work back into a coherent whole.

What you´ll do

• Own the production relationship with one or more co-dev partners. Set the rhythms, frameworks, and communication norms that keep distributed work on track.

• Drive cross-studio alignment by working with internal leadership and partner producers to translate creative vision into clear plans, priorities, and trade-offs.

• Track progress, risks, and team health across your scope, surface issues early, and lead the response, balancing schedule, quality, and people.

• Continuously improve how we work, process, tooling, and team experience and feed those improvements back into the wider production org.

• Stay close to industry practice in AAA production and co-dev, and bring the best of it into how we operate.

What you bring

• 10+ years in production on AA/AAA titles, with at least 5 as a Senior Producer or equivalent, on cross-disciplinary teams of 100+.

• Proven senior-level ownership of external co-dev relationships across at least one full AAA development cycle, end-to-end accountability for scoping, milestone definition, integration, and what ships, not just vendor coordination.

• Full-cycle AAA experience from concept through launch. Post-launch live service experience is a plus.

• Led end-to-end console development and release cycles across PlayStation and Xbox, including direct ownership of platform-holder relationships (Sony/Microsoft), certification planning, submissions, compliance requirements, and release execution.

• Strong command of modern project management practice, agile, lean, or hybrid at scale.

• Excellent stakeholder management and written/verbal communication, especially across studios, time zones, and disciplines.

• A genuine investment in team culture, partner relationships, and the craft of production.

Sharkmob is a Swedish game developer founded in 2017. We create AAA-quality games for PC and console, using the Unreal Engine to power our ambitions of taking multiplayer games to new heights. We are currently developing Exoborne, our first original IP. In 2022, we released Bloodhunt, a battle royale set in the Vampire: The Masquerade universe.
