Now, we're looking for a motivated and commercially minded Sales Representative to join our close-knit Sales & Marketing team and help us reach new heights.

The opportunity

Are you a natural communicator who enjoys building relationships, discovering new business opportunities, and turning conversations into successful partnerships? Are you curious about technology and excited by the prospect of working with customers around the world?

As our Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in driving growth and expanding our international customer base. You'll connect with prospective and existing customers, present innovative software solutions, and help airlines and aircraft operators discover how our technology can support their operations.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll combine proactive sales, customer engagement, online product demonstrations, and account management. You'll also work closely with colleagues across engineering, software development, finance, and marketing, gaining valuable insight into both our products and the aviation industry.

What you'll be doing

• Create new business opportunities by following up on inbound leads and reaching out to prospective and existing customers through calls and emails.
• Build lasting customer relationships by understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities, and providing a professional, responsive experience.
• Drive sales forward by preparing commercial proposals, negotiating offers, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
• Showcase our technology by delivering engaging online demonstrations that bring the benefits of our software to life.
• Support our customers and sales pipeline through account administration and accurate maintenance of customer and prospect databases.
• Discover new opportunities through market research, industry insights, and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure a smooth customer journey, from the first conversation to a successful partnership.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and motivated by results. You enjoy taking initiative, communicating with people, and finding solutions that create value for customers.

You don't shy away from picking up the phone, following up on opportunities, or starting conversations with new prospects. You're equally comfortable working independently and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

You may already have experience in sales, or you may be ready to take the next step in your commercial career. An interest in technology, digital solutions, or aviation would be a great advantage.

You'll bring

• Previous sales experience and a genuine interest in developing new business.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the confidence to communicate with international customers.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience using CRM systems and MS Office or LibreOffice.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and organize your working day.
• A structured, thorough, and solution-oriented approach to your work.
• A positive team spirit and a professional attitude.

Experience in the aviation industry and a degree in business or a related field are advantageous, but not essential. Some international travel may be required.

Practical information

Location: Central Malmö, Sweden

Salary: Starting from SEK 34,000 per month

Travel: Some international travel may be required
