About the Company

At Avaron, you get the security of permanent employment combined with the variety of working at different customers. We place specialists across everything from tech, IT and industry to project management and business support – and whatever the assignment, you have a consultant manager who is there for you and your development.

About the Role

This role gives you the chance to strengthen agile delivery in a complex international IT environment where service quality, operational flow and team collaboration all matter. You will work close to the core of IT operations, helping a team build structure, improve ways of working and create better visibility through clear follow-up and relevant KPIs.

You will combine agile leadership with a solid understanding of IT Service Management and operational improvement. In practice, that means supporting both delivery and day-to-day operations, coaching the team in effective Scrum and ITOps practices, and helping stakeholders turn improvement opportunities into measurable results. You will work closely with the Product Owner, managers, team members and other stakeholders, with a strong focus on transparency, prioritisation and steady progress.

What makes the role especially interesting is the broad scope: you get to influence agile maturity, operational excellence and collaboration across several functions in an environment with real complexity.

Job Description
  • You will facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and other agile ceremonies.
  • You will support the team in structuring and prioritising daily operational activities as well as planned sprint work.
  • You will monitor sprint deliveries, team capacity and relevant performance indicators.
  • You will create, track and analyse ITSM and agile KPIs to support better decision-making and follow-up.
  • You will identify improvement opportunities across incidents, requests, workflows and delivery processes.
  • You will drive continuous improvement initiatives together with managers and team members.
  • You will manage escalations, remove impediments and help maintain delivery progress.
  • You will coach teams in Scrum, SAFe, ITSM, ITIL and ITOps ways of working.
  • You will support the Product Owner with backlog refinement and prioritisation.
  • You will facilitate effective collaboration across teams and functions.
  • You will help build a team culture based on trust, transparency and accountability.
  • You will coordinate audit-related work covering processes, controls, documentation and follow-up actions.
Requirements
  • At least five years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and SAFe.
  • Experience with IT Service Management processes and tools.
  • Experience working in large and complex IT environments.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching and team development skills.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket.
  • Good understanding of ITIL and ITOps practices.
  • Experience creating, analysing and reporting operational and agile KPIs.
  • Experience with digital workplace products and services such as Active Directory, Entra ID, SharePoint, Power Apps, Azure Virtual Desktop and Intune.
  • Experience coordinating audit-related work, including processes, controls, documentation and follow-up activities.
  • A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken.
Nice to have
  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Knowledge of Swedish.
